I had the pleasure of photographing this mama’s maternity session (both a boudoir maternity session and a couples maternity session) and getting to photograph Eli’s newborn session was so special. He was a perfect baby – wrapped up snugly, he slept the entire time. Anyone who has a newborn knows that they can be stressful, but this mom and dad were so calm and thrilled with their little one and so obviously in love. Most of my newborn sessions as a Philadelphia newborn photographer focus on family connections and what you love most about your baby – tiny toes, the way that they grip your fingers, resting their head against your shoulder. Babies join a family – and it’s so important to capture the family in your session, too!
