I think it’s hard to find a spot in Longwood Gardens for a family or maternity session that isn’t spectacular, even in the coldest winter months.

Winter can be a tricky time for maternity sessions, especially during the era of Covid. Outside is brown and freezing, and indoor isn’t a great option because we’re all trying to social distance and masks are key. Longwood Gardens is maybe the only exception (well, for the brown part). Kim and family braved the cold with lots of layers and coat breaks in between and I almost feel – dare I say warm? – looking at these. We also got photobombed by one of the resident Longwood Gardens cats, who sauntered through the session without a care in the world. What a life!

Unsure of what to wear for your session? I’ve got you covered! The studio wardrobe is available to all clients, with over 120 dresses for mamas and outfits for children and babies. Hair and makeup are also available for clients at my Main Line photography studio space so that you’re ready for your maternity session.
