When you toured your home for the first time, did you take into consideration the light and availability of windows in the space?
When we first toured our fixer-upper in Paoli, I couldn’t get over the beautiful light that poured through the windows. Upstairs, there was a window bench, surrounded by bookcases, and I could picture my son (one year old at the time) tucked up on the bench, reading the afternoon away. Large windows surrounded the living room and family room spaces and it felt so warm and inviting.
I felt the same way at Anders’ newborn session; can you believe that gorgeous large window by the bench? As you can probably guess, we spent most of our time for the session in that room. I tell clients all the time; it doesn’t matter how big your home is or how well decorated, or even if you have nursery furniture – if you have windows and a neutral colored wall, we can absolutely create beautiful portraits in your space.
Unsure of what to wear for your session? I’ve got you covered! The studio wardrobe is available to all clients, with over 140 dresses for mamas and outfits for children and babies. Hair and makeup are also available for clients at my Main Line photography studio space so that you’re ready for your newborn session.
